• Welcome guests with a pleasing smile
• Receive and take care of special guests
• Give the required information about different areas of our hotel to the guests
• Promote the services provided by our hotel
• Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner
• Performs any additional tasks which are assigned by Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Education: Student majoring in Hospitality Management or Equivalent
• Language: English / Vietnamese, written, spoken and reading proficiency in the English language
• Computer: Microsoft Office
