Job Highlights:

• Fashion/Sport retail experience required.
• Follow up the stores’ commercial performances.
• Provide full range of administrative support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with different office teams and acts as one of the main contact point between office and shops.
• Assist Operations Manager to manage daily operations on site
• Assist Operations Manager to plan manpower for operations
• Assist with the development of in-house training
• Conduct interviews for new employees.
• Conduct training for store team
• Implement standard procedures for cleaning tools and equipment maintenance
• Provide full range of administrative support to the team.
• Follow up the stores’ commercial performances through conducting various sales analysis and productivity reports.
• Handling shop maintenance.
• Provide administration support and coordination on new store opening, relocation and closure
• Liaise, check and follow up payment regarding stores' expenses
• Assist the team on other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 5 years related retail operations experience in fashion industries
• Fast learner, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good team player with strong communications skills
• Detail oriented and possess a strong analytical mindset
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
