(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Fulfillment sector, domestically and internationally.
- Promote and sell Betec’s Fulfillment and warehousing services, especially to Amazon sellers and fast-growing e-commerce brands.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms; successfully close deals that align with the company’s growth strategy.
- Build and manage strong, trust-based relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
- Collaborate with warehousing and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
- Monitor sales performance, set KPIs, and regularly report results to the Business Development Manager.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.
- Represent Betec at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote services and expand the client network.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven success in B2B sales experience. Prior experience in Fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce is strongly preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Fulfillment services and logistics, with specific knowledge of Amazon FBA and e-commerce platform requirements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to research markets, understand client needs, and craft effective sales strategies.
- English Proficiency: Good command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with international clients.
- Work Style: Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
