- Business Development Role:
- Build and nurturelong-term client relationshipswith existing customers.
- Proactively seek and developnew business opportunities, expand the client base, and drive growth.
- Set, achieve, and exceedsales targetswhile tracking key account metrics.
- Identify industry trends and market demands to proposeinnovative business strategies.
- Lead and execute new projects assigned bythe Board of Directors (BOD).
- Account Manager Role:
- Actively manage client relationships:meetings, briefings, brainstorming, and market research.
- Oversee project progress and maintainconstant communication with clientsat every stage (proposal, contract, campaign execution).
- Ensure timelyreporting, project reviews, and internal evaluations.
- Identifypotential risks and proactively develop solutions.
- Address challenging client requests andhandle escalations effectively.
- Manage multiple accounts andensure smooth workflows.
- Negotiate contracts and closeprofitable agreements.
- Leadinternal and external meetingsto align strategies and drive success.

- At least3 years of experiencein Business Development or Account Management, preferably inDigital Marketing, Technology, or B2B services.
- Strongnegotiation and deal-closing abilities, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building profitable partnerships.
- Ability toanalyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Communication & Language: Excellentverbal and written communication skills, with fluency inEnglishto work with international clients and partners.
