Description
This position is expected to successfully develop client portfolio, including new customers, renewal and enhancement of existing coverage to ensure the achievement of the sales target.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop a network of potential clients in the non-life insurance sector.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, including handling renewals and providing ongoing support.
- Upsell and cross-sell insurance products to existing clients.
- Seek out and acquire new clients.
- Advise and introduce suitable insurance products to meet clients' needs.
- Work closely with insurance providers to ensure the best service for clients.
- Implement business strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales process ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Monitor and report business results periodically to management
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance, B2B sales, or other relevant business services.
- Proven ability to develop new client relationships through various approaches, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and results-focused.
- Background in banking (e.g., corporate sales, relationship management, trade finance), or
- Experience in industrial real estate (e.g., sales, leasing, client relationship)
