Requirements
Principal Accountabilities:
- Lead total education/training strategy and action plan with excellent execution omnichannel to drive business growth in Vietnam while ensuring the right fit approach within brand DNA and values
- Review and identify/initiate Education programs/modules from Brand Partner that is relevant and fit with business strategy
- Design and conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, application techniques, luxury selling and customer service skills
- Be in the field in a regular basis to execute on the designed training to retail team and raise information to develop the further training needs
- Ensure compliance of brand policies, standards and procedures
- Assist the Brand Team in launching events, Brand Partner store visits, and other team activities
- Prepare and submit monthly training and development reports
- Work closely with all functions to manage new product/campaign launch on-time as planned and implement in-depth product knowledge across all retail team
- Collaborate with central and regional teams as required to align training strategies and initiatives
Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the beauty industry, with a strong understanding of skincare, makeup, and fragrance products
- Strong field mindset, customer-centric attitude, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and digital learning platforms
- Good command of both written and spoken English
