JOB DESCRIPTION
- Operate and manage the admin portal, including configuration, account management, and understanding of business workflows.
- Provide first-level support for incidents and service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Ensure SLA targets for incident and service request resolution are met to minimize business disruption.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and system upgrades to ensure system stability and availability.
- Support the onboarding and training of new colleagues on internal systems and mobile applications.
- Build and monitor internal/external dashboards to track performance metrics and system health.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to increase efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 3- 5 years of experience in system operation support, UAT testing, or a related role in the IT/insurance sector.
- Basic insurance industry knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good communication skills, including basic English (reading/writing, passive verbal communication).
- Logical thinker with strong attention to detail, able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to write documentation (user guides, process workflows) and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Positive and proactive attitude, willing to learn, open to feedback, and able to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
