MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Position Summary:
Corporate and Inbound travel segments, focusing on developing new business, nurturing key partnerships, and optimizing account performance. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, market knowledge, and proactive business development to support the resort’s positioning as a leading destination in Mui Ne.
- Key Responsibilities
Maintain and grow key client relationships through regular engagement, account reviews, and personalized solutions.
Conduct sales calls, roadshows, and client visits in HCMC and key feeder markets.
Negotiate and manage corporate contracts, ensuring competitive positioning of Radisson Resort Mui Ne.
Collaborate with marketing to design promotions tailored to the corporate and inbound markets.
Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and market demand to identify new opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
Represent the resort at trade fairs, networking events, and industry associations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum 4–6 years’ sales experience in hospitality, with a focus on corporate and/or inbound markets
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
Fluent in English (Vietnamese and additional languages a plus).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in HCMC with frequent travel.
