(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Oversea inbound
- Import declaration & HS code maintain (SVC parts only);
- Logistic cost input APNS & follow up with vendor/accounting;
- Shipment pre-alert & inbound follow up.
Domestic inbound
- Repair hub board/panel purchase (include plan & child parts verify);
- Parts buy back from ASC;
- Finish goods, accessories stock transfer from logistic WH (cost allocation).
Inventory management
- Stock balance between two warehouses;
- Part appoint for other department (follow DM/PO);
- Action for defective & insurance claimed;
- Inventory status update.
Inventory accuracy
- Stock transfer cross check with accounting;
- Cross check Yusen stock take & correction.
Payment
- Invoice/contract collect & submit payment (oversea & local).

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Logistic and Supply Chain;
- At least 3 year experience in the same function;
- Strong knowledge about supply chain & warehouse management;
- Have knowledge about Import/Export;
- Good Excel skill;
- Good communication skills (English & Vietnamese).
