Job description
- Work closely with the accounting, delivery and sales teams to streamline processes and facilitate effective communication
- Identify and resolve challenges and issues within the service revenue operations;
- Use data and analytics to measure and forecast revenue data, including tracking key metrics;
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the revenue operations process;
- Assist with SOX audit-related tasks;
- Other ad hoc service revenue operation related tasks;
Requirements
- At least 1 years of work experience in service revenue operations or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to discover and fix potential risks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to frequently adjust priorities and help the team out wherever needed.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the service operation process and the company’s target audience and goals.
- High attention to details.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel.
- Experience with software industry is a plus.
Educationally, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is typically required. Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar field is highly beneficial.
