Description:
We are seeking a proactive System Administrator/ Operation Engineer to operate and support our AI (X-Ops) System and Gen AI projects. This role involves providing technical support to both internal users and clients, ensuring the reliability and smooth operation of AI-driven systems. You will monitor system performance using specialized tools and assist end users with technical issues related to AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain AI (X-Ops) systems and Gen AI projects.
- Provide technical support to internal users and external clients, addressing system-related inquiries and issues.
- Monitor system health and performance using monitoring tools; proactively identify and resolve potential problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system availability and optimal performance.
- Assist users in navigating AI workflows and resolving access or functionality challenges.
- Document technical procedures, incidents, and resolutions to maintain knowledge base.
- Support deployment and continuous improvement of AI systems and workflows.
Key Qualifications:
- Up to 2 years of experience in system administration, technical support, or related IT roles.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding or strong interest in AI technologies and workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
- Experience supporting both internal users and external clients is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
