- Thiết lập Hệ thống Theo dõi Dịch vụ (phối hợp với người tạo CRM)
Set up Services Tracking System (in co-operating with CRM creator)
- Theo dõi lịch lắp đặt và hậu mãi
Follow up the installation and after sales service schedule
- Là điều phối viên chính của dịch vụ khách hàng (xử lý khiếu nại và khắc phục sự cố)
Act as the main co-ordinator of customer service (handle complaints and troubleshoot problems)
- Trả lời các thắc mắc và câu hỏi của khách hàng qua điện thoại hoặc email / trò chuyện
Answer customer's inquiries and questions via phone or email /chat
- Làm việc chặt chẽ với đội ngũ Bán hàng và Kỹ thuật để hỗ trợ các sáng kiến khi cần thiết
Closely work with Sales and Technical Team to support the initiatives as and when necessary
- Hiểu được nhu cầu của khách hàng và đề xuất các giải pháp thích hợp, cho phép khách hàng tận hưởng các sản phẩm và dịch vụ
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, enabling customers to enjoy products and services
- Cung cấp dịch vụ toàn diện và chuyên nghiệp cho khách hàng, tìm kiếm, duy trì và phát triển mối quan hệ
Provide comprehensive and professional services to customers, working to acquire, retain and develop relationships

- Hỗ trợ Nhân viên Kinh doanh trong các công việc hành chính về nhà phân phối
Support Sales in Dealers Administration tasks
- Thiết lập lịch đào tạo cho nhà phân phối hàng quý
Set up Dealer training quarterly
- Hỗ trợ trung tâm đào tạo Barista của công ty
Support Barista training center
- Hỗ trợ phòng marketing về thông tin sản phẩm
Support marketing on product information
