Who are we looking for?
Provide technical and chemical support to assigned customers.
What will you be doing?
- Build and maintain a close relationship with customers.
- Contact and provide technical support to customers on-site.
- Follow chemistry amount on stock of each customer, in factories.
- Follow chemistry using by day/ month/ year.
- Follow production and productivity of each customer.
- Confirm and resolve issues at customer line.
Who are You?
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or equivalent disciplines
- Strong ownership on assigned work tasks
- Responsive to customer requests
What competencies will you need?
- Good at multi-tasking.
- Good communication skill with Team
- Good communication skill by English (intermediate), being able in other languages is preferred.
- Well communicate, situation handling skill.
- Be dynamic and have responsibility.
