We are looking for a SEA Governance Operational Risk Analyst role to support root cause analysis and problem resolution management for SEA region.
Responsibilities
- Monitor performance of key metrics and conduct analysis when necessary.
- Review potential gaps and areas for improvement from policy development to enforcement execution.
- Drive collaboration and streamline processes with cross-functional teams across SEA markets to improve overall efficiency.
- Manage various programs in reducing overall risk to platform and follow-through on action items with respective stakeholders.
- Propose improvements to existing controls and new mechanisms to deal with emerging risks.
- Organise and coordinate meetings to review, investigate and resolve risks within the product (assortment) and content policies.
