- Eligibility: Degree/Diploma | SPM with Cert and Relevant Experience
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in voice-based customer support preferred; fresh grads welcome.
- Proficient in Vietnamese and English (spoken, written, read).
- Native speaker from Vietnam with a valid passport (14 months validity).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
- Computer proficiency and ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
- Willing to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
