(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)- Responsible for service booking call receiving, updating the service booking board, following up, and recording booking customers
- Prepare pre-order and perform customer initial reception
- Carry out services, follow-up calls, and create reports
- To do customer service operations
- To summarize daily customer service data, throughput, customer complaints, and new customers
- To process awkward customer complaints
- To deploy and monitor Customer Service processes, policies, and procedures to ensure the consistency, efficiency, and quality of internal and external customer experiences
- Answers all incoming calls in a pleasant, professional, and courteous manner by the third ring
- When the requested person is not available and no one else can answer the caller’s questions, follow the company policy and procedure to take and deliver
- Greets and handles walk-in customers and vendors, and guests. Turn away solicitors in a clear but friendly way
- Collect and distribute mail and messages
- May have a visitor’s sign-in and issue a visitor’s pass when required
- Registration done with the Customer Service Supervisor before being served by the Service Advisor
