Responsibility
<Job Responsibilities>
1. HR Strategy & Execution for Local Success:
○ Develop, implement, and refine mid-to-long-term HR strategies specifically tailored to empower our team and align with strategic business objectives.
○ Proactively identify opportunities and challenges within the local organization, designing and implementing impactful HR solutions.
2. Talent Acquisition Leadership:
○ Design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire top talent.
○ Enhance our employer brand to resonate strongly with professionals, optimizing effective sourcing channels.
○ Lead a best-practice, full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive and respectful experience for all candidates.
○ Guide and collaborate with our TA (Talent Acquisition) specialist to achieve key hiring objectives.
3. Effective Onboarding & Integration:
○ Design and continuously improve a welcoming and effective onboarding program that helps new hires smoothly integrate and quickly contribute to our team and company culture.
4. Development of People-Centric HR Systems & Processes:
○ Design, implement, and manage HR systems and processes (including performance management, compensation & benefits, career development paths, and learning opportunities) that are competitive, fair, and motivating for our employees.
○ Work with our C&B (Compensation & Benefits) specialist to ensure our programs are compliant, attractive, and support employee well-being.
5. HR Team Empowerment & Development:
○ Manage, mentor, and develop our existing HR team members (currently TA and C&B specialists), fostering their professional growth.
○ Cultivate a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing HR team environment.
6. Employee Relations & Local Compliance:
○ Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and regulations, acting as a trusted advisor on such matters.
○ Manage employee relations with fairness and empathy, maintain HR policies aligned with local legislation, and promote a safe, respectful, and positive workplace
7. Nurturing a Vibrant Organizational Culture:
○ Champion and cultivate a positive, inclusive, and productive organizational culture within our operations, reflecting our company's global values while celebrating local identity.
○ Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, connection, and overall satisfaction.
8. Strategic Management Support:
○ Provide insightful HR reporting and strategic advice to senior management regarding our operations.
○ Offer recommendations on organizational design, talent development, and workforce planning to support sustainable local growth.
Requirements
< Required Skills & Experience >
○ 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with substantial experience and a strong network.
○ Proven success in developing and executing end-to-end talent acquisition strategies.
○ Experience in designing, implementing, and/or managing core HR systems (e.g., performance management, compensation, learning & development) effectively adapted to standards and employee expectations.
○ Demonstrated team management or project leadership experience.
○ In-depth understanding and practical application of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
○ Strong communication (beyond English), interpersonal, problem-solving, and project management skills.
○ A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
○ Significant prior HR leadership experience, ideally for a multinational or reputable, fast-growing global company.
○ Experience within the IT, tech, or modern service sector.
○ Experience navigating organizational growth, for example, scaling a team from 50 to over 100 employees locally.
○ Knowledge of the Japanese language and/or experience working with Japanese companies or stakeholders is a plus.
○ Familiarity with relevant HR technology (ATS, HRIS)
○ A keen understanding of local business culture, professional etiquette, and HR best practices.
