Position: [8-month Contract] Customer Service Staff - Trading

- Working location: District 1, HCMC
- Monthly Salary: 10,000,000~14,000,000VND
Responsibility
- Make a delivery plan for customers.
- Control PO from the customers and closely work with the customer for delivery to satisfy customer requirements.
- Handling precursor declaration and chemical declaration for imported cargo & exported cargo (if any)
- Control & manage NG & return NG to suppliers.
- Control & manage NG & replace to customers
- Be responsible for placing POs to suppliers; follow up, and control this category of materials to meet the timing and reliability of the company.
- Based on Purchase Requisition, or forecast from Sales team, purchase materials per the purchasing procedure and the company’s policies.
- Take the lead in his/her job and ensure the workflow process runs smoothly.
- Other related jobs will be adjusted and assigned by the manager.
Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Qualification: University graduate with a related major such as: Logistics, International Business, Business Administration
- Experience: Having 1 - 2 years of experience in import-export, purchasing, and logistics, particularly in the Plastics or Chemical fields.
- Language: English - Business Level
- Others:
+ Hard-working, responsible, and reliable person
+ Ability to work under high pressure and work overtime.
+ Computer skills (MS Office, Internet),
<Preferred skill/experience>
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
