We are seeking a detail-oriented 3D Visualizer specializing in high-quality rendering for high-rise projects in Australia. This is a non-design role, focusing exclusively on producing accurate 3D visualizations based on provided drawings and design information. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Photoshop, with a strong eye for detail and photorealism.
Key Responsibility:
- Working in a team producing documentation for large architectural projects in both Australia and Vietnam
- Produce realistic 3D renderings for new Product collections. Understanding and responding to the Customers (Internal/External designers) brief
- Apply materials, lighting, and rendering settings to produce photorealistic images.
- Create exterior and interior renders strictly based on provided design specifications.
- Perform post-production in Photoshop to enhance rendering quality.
- Organize and manage rendering files to ensure efficient workflow.
- Deliver final renders within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Yêu cầu công việc:
Requirements:
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Photoshop (portfolio or school projects accepted for freshers).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in architectural visualization.
- Good understanding of modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering principles.
- Attention to detail and the ability to match given references accurately.
- Basic English skills to read and understand project documents.
Preferred:
- Experience (even from academic projects) with high-rise or large-scale buildings.
- Knowledge of Australian architectural documentation is a plus.
- Additional software skills such as SketchUp, Corona Renderer, or Lumion are advantageous.
