• Supply management is based on developing mutually beneficial relationships with the core suppliers.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction. Promote new sourcing projects, and negotiate with local and regional suppliers as needed
• Work with sites to ensure maximization with supplier

- Timely and accurate review of all purchase requests (PR) and Purchase Order (POs) across all regions - responsible for ensuring compliance with a global purchasing policy purchase and payment of non-raw materials.

• Understand the items and services to be procured, develop and implement strategies to minimize supply risks.
• Cooperate with Purchase Order (PR) creators from the Factory and its affiliates to provide timely information.
• Supporting the deployment of the infrastructure for purchasing indirect in Vietnam & Cambodia as designated by the Purchasing Director.
• Working with suppliers to implement purchasing and establishing relationships with key suppliers.
• Cooperate with relevant departments to ensure timely payment of supplier invoices and work to resolve P2P (purchase to pay) issues that can cause bottlenecks when processing invoices.
• Complete Supplier Incident Reports for delivery, quality, price, etc.
• Perform other jobs related to indirect purchasing as assigned by the Purchasing Director.

Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết

• University Degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, Business Management ...
• Basic communication English
• Proficient in office
• Have at least 3 years (Experience in working in agricultural export and import; supply chain)
• Receive and process information.
• Working according to the process.
• Problem solving, arrange time, negotiate.
