As a Associate Account Manager at Grab, you will handle different aspects of account management, creating business proposals and roadmaps to grow brands on our platform. Your role involves project management with partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and the achievement of our Goals. You will also promote our Grab Marketing Solution strategy.
Get to Know the Role
The Associate Account Management role at GrabMart is crucial for managing relationships with partners and suppliers. Main responsibilities include maintaining partner satisfaction, analyzing performance data to improve outcomes, providing support and advice on optimizing the GrabMart platform, and coordinating with other teams like marketing and logistics to ensure partners receive necessary assistance.
You will report to GrabMart Commercial Manager.
You will be worked onsite in Ho Chi Minh city.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Manage a portfolio of existing GrabMart accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify opportunities for growth and upselling.
- Develop account plans to achieve sales targets and expand GrabMart's presence in the market.
- Collaborate with company partners to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for new business and revenue growth.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Experience: At least 2 years in business roles, with experience both on client and agency sides being advantageous. Understand about FMCG brand.
- Experience researching and generating leads: Logical thinking and a good sense of numbers to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience creating detailed demos that are tailored to customers' pain points and comfortable with operational tasks.
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects: Proficient in creating and delivering compelling presentations.
- Experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect: Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects in both Vietnamese and English, to work with diverse clients and partners.
