- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to the company policies
- Keep tracking and arranging request for payments for Vendor on monthly basis: Stationery, EMS, service, taxi, gift…..
- Manage agendas/travel, lodging arrangements/appointments for Management and HCM office members (Planning/Sales/Marketing management teams).
- Coordinate to hold team building and other events for HO employees
- Overseeing the maintenance and purchase office’s consumable: Safety equipment or Stationery, Furniture…
- Making related reports
- Support HR function related HCM office members, such as collect timesheets, Annual leave, Work permit...
- Prepare monthly expense report.
- In-charge of Admin contract such as Office/Car Leasing, Office Stuff purchasing and another service contract.
- Process Sales Order (receiving PO, checking stock available/credit status, arranging delivery) within assigned customers.
- Managing and implementing the tasks of advertising agency such as montly payment, tracking the agency's works, tracking homepage…
- Do other tasks that assigned by superior or Board of Directors

- Age: 25~40
- Language: Fluency in both verbal and written (English and Vietnamese)
- Working experience: At least 1 year experience in Sales Admin/ Office Admin job

- Professional and proactive attitude, good managing skill.
