Assist purchasing teams in confirmations, ETA’s and gathering backorder data. Update and maintain SAP to reflect most up to date information provided by vendors. Bridge Communication for problem vendors by working with internal teams.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: List the primary/essential job duties and responsibilities & the objectives of the role.
- Manage & direct cancellation, pricing, invoice and ETA requests while maintaining standard inbox SLA’s. Purchasing Coordinators are responsible for all open lines created by purchasing teams.
- Text orders with updates provided by vendors via emails, reports, portals, etc.
- Working weekly reports that highlight potential outdated information. Take action on these reports to drive seamless purchasing activity.
- Review backorders and problems with buyers and manager.
- Create Ad Hoc Reports as needed, analyze data and determine appropriate next steps.
- Develop relationship with suppliers and collaborate with suppliers to resolve problems and backorder issues.
- Proactive root cause analysis to prevent future issues while escalating large issues to necessary internal parties to protect Medline’s service level and customer experience.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Proficient in English reading and writing.
- Intermediate-level skills in MS Word and Excel.
- Preferably experienced with SAP and Zendesk interfaces.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrates strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast learner with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Experience with Zendesk and SAP system.
- Proficient in English reading and writing.
