Job Title: Purchasing Supervisor

The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam (CCIFV) is recruiting on behalf of one of its member companies—a dynamic and fast-growing manufacturing business—a Purchasing Supervisor to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the purchasing process and ensure adherence to internal procedures
- Collaborate with relevant departments to clarify specifications for sourcing materials
- Evaluate suppliers, analyze market price trends, and establish long-term supplier relationships
- Oversee procurement for printing-related materials (e.g., labels, cartons)
- Ensure compliance with safety and certification standards (ISO, Halal, etc.)
Requirements:
- University degree
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in purchasing/procurement
- Strong English skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with HACCP and Halal procedures is a plus
