Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plan and strategies, to attract and hire competent talent for various positions across Vietnamese company;
- Organize the interview of candidates, to conduct background checks and make hiring recommendations;
- Keep communications with production departments to ensure the labor force supplement.
- Establish and maintain open lines of communication with employees to address their concerns, grievances, and suggestions in a timely and professional manner;
- Execute and improve HR policies and procedures to ensure that the company operates in compliance with local labor law and regulations;
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 3 years of experience in human resources management, with a proven track record of success in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization;
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism;
- Fluent in Chinese(Mandarin).
