The HR/Admin Executive will help with the JP HR/Admin tasks if necessary. Besides, he/she will work locally for VN hub HR topics. The main tasks are as follows:
Handling candidate sourcing, including job postings, working with recruitment agencies, conducting candidate screening and HR interviews.- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with stakeholders.
- Tracking interview status
- Monitoring recruitment status of all countries of APAC
- Supporting in Employer branding activities
- Supporting in onboarding new employee activities if necessary.
- Handling some HR admin tasks from time to time
- Assisting with ad-hoc HR projects and tasks assigned by the Line Manager and Head of HR APAC

Yêu cầu công việc:
*** Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, prefer in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
*** Technical skills and experience:
- 4+ years in HR, with experience in recruitment, HR administration
- Familiar with Japanese labor practices (prior experience supporting Japan operations is a plus).
- Good at Microsoft Office
*** Soft-skills & attitute
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-cultural collaboration.
- Proactive problem-solving and ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
*** Language-skills:
- Good at both English and Japanese
