YOUR ROLE
To support the effective execution of day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, timekeeping, payroll-related processes, and compliance with labor laws and internal policies. This role also contributes to recruitment, training, expatriate support, employee engagement, and HR reporting to ensure a smooth and efficient HR function
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Monitor employee attendance, track leave records, and prepare monthly timesheets.
- Handel social insurance procedures and personal income tax (PIT), labor reports
- Manage all paperwork related to hiring, staff movements, and terminations
- Ensure timely and accurate updates to internal HR systems and reports 5 Handle work permit applications and renewals for expatriate employees
- Maintain and update employee records and profiles in both digital and physical formats
- Prepare and report HR-related data, statistics, and organizational charts.
- Ensure HR processes comply with internal policies and local labor regulations
- Provide support in recruitment and training activities as required
- Support and participate in employee engagement activities.
- Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and special assignments as needed.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s degree, major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration is a plus
- Experience in human resources
- Ability to exercise good judgement and discretion in handling confidential materials and matters
- Understanding of company & HR policy and process
- High sense of urgency with ability to juggle and multitask
- Ability to plan and prioritize
- Good organizing and follow up skills
- Good at PC computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoin
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Ability to communicate clearly
