- Coordinate with departments to identify recruitment needs and create recruitment plans.
- Write job descriptions and post job openings on appropriate channels (company website, social media, career portals, etc.).
- Source and screen candidate profiles; conduct preliminary phone/video interviews.
- Organize in-depth interviews, conduct competency assessments, and participate in the candidate evaluation process.
- Track and manage candidate data on the system.
- Participate in recruitment events and build the employer brand.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Law, or related fields.
- 02 - 03 years of experience in a General HR position.
- Good English.
- Solid knowledge of the Labor Law, Law on Social Insurance, and other HR-related legal regulations.
- Proficient in recruitment, C&B (timekeeping, payroll, social insurance).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively.
- Flexible and sharp problem-solving mindset.
- Proficient in office software (Google Workspace, Word, Excel).
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, highly responsible, and able to work under pressure.
