As a Guru you will be accountable for:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing timely and effective solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Delivering compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products or services and persuading them to make a purchase.
Managing the sales pipeline effectively by tracking and prioritizing leads, following up on opportunities, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape, and inform sales strategies and approaches.
We're looking for someone who:
Prior experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in a related industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, address their concerns, and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapt to changing market conditions and customer requirements, and effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable using technology and sales tools, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software applications, to manage sales activities, track performance, and generate reports.
