We at NKG Vietnam work closely with the local people in the coffee producing areas and buy the green coffee materials directly from the farmers, producers, collectors and suppliers. In our factory we can process more than 35 different exportable qualities. We are able to cater for special client wishes. This includes creating qualities according to specific client requirements: a selected screen size with a chosen percentage of black and broken beans, foreign matters, Excelsa beans and a special percentage of moisture can be delivered without problem. Our main focus is to satisfy our clients with upgraded and special qualities.
For our group company, NKG Vietnam, we are looking for an Agronomist Officer (f/m/d) in Dak Lak, Dak Nong & Gia Lai Branch.
Your responsibilities
- Prepare an annual internal inspection work plan and inspect sustainable coffee farmer groups/clubs followed by the BoM instruction.
- Honestly and fully report the real situation of the farmers, farmer groups/clubs, and suppliers to BoM on time for possible advice and instruction.
- Collect feedback from farmers and suggest a solution to develop and maintain the activities of sustainable coffee groups/clubs.
- Supervise and speed up the farmer groups/clubs to comply with the standard/ code of conduct applied.
- Support the annual training workshops followed by BoM instruction.
- Report on the selling certified coffee activities (any difficulty or obstacles) of farmer groups/clubs to BoM.
- Be ready to join other activities followed by BoM instruction.
- Be well responsible for executing assigned tasks and finishing on time. Besides, report the real situation and result of working to the BoM.
- Develop more farmers and farmer groups/clubs for sustainability programs for NKG Vietnam when required.

- Lập kế hoạch kiểm tra nội bộ hàng năm và kiểm tra các nhóm/câu lạc bộ nông dân cà phê bền vững theo chỉ đạo của Ban Giám đốc.
- Báo cáo trung thực và đầy đủ tình hình thực tế của nông dân và nhà cung cấp cho Ban Giám đốc kịp thời để có thể nhận được lời khuyên và chỉ đạo.
- Thu thập phản hồi từ nông dân và đề xuất giải pháp để phát triển và duy trì các hoạt động của các nhóm cà phê bền vững.
- Giám sát và thúc đẩy các nhóm nông dân tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn/quy tắc ứng xử áp dụng.
- Hỗ trợ các hội thảo đào tạo hàng năm theo chỉ đạo của Ban Giám đốc.
- Báo cáo về các hoạt động bán cà phê chứng nhận (bất kỳ khó khăn hoặc trở ngại nào) của các nhóm nông dân cho Ban Giám đốc.
- Sẵn sàng tham gia các hoạt động khác theo chỉ đạo của Ban Giám đốc.
- Chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện các nhiệm vụ được giao và hoàn thành đúng thời hạn. Ngoài ra, báo cáo tình hình thực tế và kết quả công việc cho Ban Giám đốc.
- Phát triển thêm nông dân và nhóm nông dân cho các chương trình bền vững của NKG Việt Nam khi cần thiết.
Your profile
- Education: University or college specialized in agriculture, forestry, or environment. Agricultural economics can be acceptable.
- Knowledge: Grasp firmly coffee cultivation techniques such as planting, cultivation, harvest, and post-harvest. Grasp firmly Rainforest standard updated, 4C code of conduct, NKG Verified scorecard, and others if applied for certificated coffee production which is managed or controlled by NKG Vietnam.
Yêu cầu:
- Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp đại học hoặc cao đẳng chuyên ngành nông nghiệp, lâm nghiệp, môi trường, Kinh tế nông nghiệp.
- Kiến thức: Nắm vững các kỹ thuật canh tác cà phê như trồng, chăm sóc, thu hoạch và sau thu hoạch. Nắm vững tiêu chuẩn Rainforest cập nhật, quy tắc ứng xử 4C, chứng nhận NKG Verified và các tiêu chuẩn khác nếu áp dụng cho sản xuất cà phê chứng nhận do NKG Việt Nam quản lý hoặc kiểm soát.
- Kinh nghiệm: Sinh viên mới ra trường hoặc chưa có kinh nghiệm sẽ được công ty đào tạo.
