As an Architectural BIM Modeler, you will create precise Revit models and shop drawings for the construction phase, with our current projects fully focused on Singapore hospitals and healthcare facilities.
Advancing to Senior Architectural BIM Modeler, you will take on greater responsibilities in quality assurance, clash detection, and mentoring junior colleagues.
In the role of Architectural BIM Coordinator, you will oversee production, ensure compliance with client standards, and manage coordination across disciplines as well as client communication.
At the leadership level, the Architectural BIM Lead guides the team, ensures technical excellence, performs final QA/QC on all deliverables, manages the overall schedule, and represents the group in client discussions.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Proficient in Revit, relevant add-ins, Navisworks, and ACC; experience with Enscape for Revit is a plus
- 2–9 years of experience in Revit modeling and documentation
- Experience in construction phases; healthcare projects preferred
- Strong technical, coordination, and leadership skills (required for Coordinator and Lead roles)
- English communication skills
