1. Plan, manage and drive daily sales operations to achieve business targets with improved productivity, which includes:
- Customer management: build and consolidate customer profile, contract management, debt management for both Direct & Indirect customers.
- RTM management (route to market): review and organise route plans of sales representatives, visit frequency, ensure field discipline, order management, control and minimize diversion.
- Business review and planning: monthly demand forecast, quarterly business review and planning.
- Implementation of Trade and Marketing activities: develop and deploy implementation guidelines to team and make sure of flawless execution.
- Proactively identify and target new salon partnerships /distributors / wholesalers within the assigned territory. Effectively close deals and onboard new accounts.
- Tracking market structure and potential, also competitors’ business and be able to propose strategic choices / approaches to further grow current business.
- Implement plan, track, monitor and evaluate effectiveness of implementation.
- Conduct thorough market analysis, competitor activities, and growth opportunities within the professional hair salon industry.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing regular performance feedback training
- development opportunities to enhance their skills and achieve individual and team goals. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Organize and deliver product knowledge training sessions for salon staff to enhance their understanding of L'Oréal's PPD products, application techniques, and sales strategies.
- Master Commerce Fundamentals: sales operations, activates business drivers, pursues turnover and profit optimization, stay up-to-date with market, consumers and competitors
- Develop Customer Centric Business: customer information and knowledge accumulation, build customer development plans, managing customer relationships, build distribution strategies, collaborates across functions.
- Building Selling Proposition and Negotiate: build inspirational selling stories, set negotiation priorities, conduct win-win negotiation, ensures compliance.

- Vietnamese male / female minimum 4 years working experience in Sales, Trade Management or Marketing, preferably from Beauty/ luxury SERVICE sector or FMCG companies (with strong customer service orientation).
- Passion for the beauty and fashion industry.
- B2B experience or Key Account Management or Professional salon business is a plus.
- Progressive, open- minded, willing to learn and develop; people-oriented type of person.
