Job Purpose:
Support Senior Brand Manager on assigned tasks. Major of jobs are managing Cambodia Oral care category, managing Aquafresh for Indochina countries (IDC - Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos), and supporting Oral care in business continuity and innovation for IDC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with agencies (Advertising, Market Research, Media & Digital) from briefing, evaluation, finalizing proposal to execution and close monitoring of all brand activities (i.e online/offline communications, promotions, activations) as scheduled in full year.
- Lead NPI projects: Business Case, AW development and integrated communication activities to ensure consistency with Brand Heart and Brand Strategy including communication strategy.
- Promotional material execution, submission and monitoring.
- Partner with Area team and different functions (RA; Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain & Finance) for on-going projects.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance frequently (Media update, FAQs tracking…)to propose and execute appropriate ways to increase brand equity.
- Other tasks as assigned by line manager and undertake administrative tasks.
- A&P monitoring and reporting
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or equivalent.
- Marketing Background is preferred especially in Media and Communication will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience.
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Exquisite communication and people skills
- Employ analytics techniques to gather important data
- Organizational ability and attention to detail
- Communication Skill & Fluent in English speaking and writing
- Open-minded, innovative and result-oriented
- Agility and problem solving
- Good teamwork skill
