MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Overview: Lead and oversee the execution of the social media strategy to ensure alignment with business goals. Manage major campaigns, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, analyze performance to optimize results, and provide guidance to the Social Team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day operations and content scheduling across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Lead planning and execution of large social media campaigns, coordinating with Brand Communications, Digital, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions) and prepare detailed bi-weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Oversee the content creation process, ensuring all content is brand-compliant, up-to-date, and tailored to target markets.
- Propose innovative ideas and new social media concepts to drive audience growth and engagement.
- Strengthen customer relationships through Social and Earned Media, monitor competitors’ and hotel outlets’ social presence to enhance performance.
- Support community management by ensuring prompt responses to guest inquiries and feedback across all channels.
- Mentor and guide the Social Content Executive, providing direction and support.
- Assist with website content updates to maintain brand consistency and campaign alignment.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management as needed.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in social media marketing or related roles, preferably with experience in the resort/hotel industry.
Strong writing and content creation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Hootsuite, and other social media management tools is preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to propose new ideas and solutions.
Experience in photo and video shooting for social content is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
