Job Description
- Oversee daily quality control operations to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Execute and implement quality assurance strategies and processes which developed
- Manage a team of quality engineers and provide necessary training and guidance.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Prepare and present reports on quality metrics and performance to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Use audit results to help develop process improvement with functional teams.
- Review customer complaints and take appropriate corrective action.
- Monitor and report on quality control performance metrics.
- Manage Quality Engineering and New Product NPI Quality
- Work closely with cross functional team to meet delivery schedules and production goals, while actively maintaining the expected level of quality.
- Reports to Senior Quality Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; with at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a management role
- Experienced in SMT and Assembly of Electronic Factory.
- Experienced in Quality Management
- Good command in English (both writing and speaking)
- Living in Binh Duong is preferable
