Responsibilities of the role:
- Lead the Ecommerce Media team across planning and execution, delivering innovative, data-driven solutions tailored to client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with client teams, media planners, and digital specialists to integrate ecommerce into full-funnel media plans.
- Drive innovation through partnerships with tech providers and affiliate networks to enhance performance and scale.
- Serve as the strategic lead for key clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with platform, publisher, and tech partners.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within the ecommerce media space, supporting pitch development and agency growth.

- 8+ years of experience in digital media, with a strong focus on ecommerce and retail media.
- An entrepreneurship spirit would be highly appreciated as aligned with GroupM’s standing in being client’s most trusted business partner.
- Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing teams across planning and execution.
- Strong track record in managing client relationships and cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, retail media networks, and performance marketing strategies.
- Data-driven with hands-on experience in campaign optimization, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive integration across complex projects.
