Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the activation of accounts and products, following established procedures.
- Aid in setting up email domains, ordering numbers, and other activities to support account activation.
- Assist in configuring free trial and test senders for accounts.
- Support the creation and management of user accounts, under supervision.
- Assist with setup and maintenance of billing addresses.
- Learn to implement Automatic Price features on the account level.
- Support price changes and route updates for accounts.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Sales Operations, or related field
- Basic understanding of account setup, onboarding processes, or CRM systems is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with data entry tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in following established procedures
- Good organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
