Responsibilities:
- Lead proactive sales efforts in the luxury hospitality sector, aligning with the Six Senses brand identity, wellness, and sustainability values.
- Develop and grow key business from luxury travel markets, including private banks, corporate accounts, MICE groups, and wedding planners.
- Represent the resort at trade shows, roadshows, and familiarization trips, both locally and internationally.
- Execute strategic sales plans to drive high-end group business (weddings, incentives, buyouts).
- Maintain strong market intelligence and competitor awareness in the luxury segment.
- Ensure high standards of communication and guest engagement across all touchpoints.
- Serve as the key contact for all premium partners and support seamless collaboration with operations and marketing teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing is required
- Demonstrated success in luxury resort sales, with regional or international market exposure.
- Established network of upscale travel agencies, destination management companies (DMCs), and high-end clientele.
- Proficient in CRM platforms, proposal development, and delivering tailored guest experiences.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Highly professional, well-presented, and consistently guest-focused in approach.
