Responsibities:
- Deliver spa treatments and ensure treatment areas meet Six Senses standards
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing development for spa therapists
- Maintain updated training records, materials, and conduct performance evaluations
- Ensure high service quality, guest satisfaction, and therapist professionalism
- Support retail sales, upselling, and achievement of revenue targets
- Supervise daily spa operations, team punctuality, and grooming standards
- Assist in guest interactions, resolving feedback and maintaining strong service culture
- Collaborate with Spa Management on continuous improvement and team development
- Handle reporting, audits, and promote a learning culture within the team
Requirements:
- Advanced MS Office and Outlook skill.
- Knowledge of healing therapies, spa treatments, beauty products, wellness traditions and fitness.
- Understand the latest trends, gadgets and health techniques in the market.
- Very good command over written and spoken English.
- Must be able to apply physical pressure for long durations.
- Spa Industry or Resort/Hotel Experience.
- Anatomy & Physiology, Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy (all at NVQ, ITEC, or CIDESCO).
- Two years or more of experience in beauty and massage therapies, preferably in a managerial level.
