Planning, develop and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and offline
Plan and coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns across multiple platforms- Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal ROI
Understand our audience profile, talk their language and make sure we connect with them through content and design.- Responsible for implementing content production on communication channels: Website; social media (Fanpage, Tiktok, youtube, instagram, ); e-marketing; landing page, group.

Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Responsible for all facets of campaign planning, budget allocation, creative approval and timeline development.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
Be organized, meet deadlines, do timelines. .

- Background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in brand & marketing roles- Experience in operating Shopee and Tiktok shop is a plus
Ideally from creative, publishing, FMCG, or lifestyle/retail industries.
Strategic thinking with a strong pulse on market and cultural trends.
Experience with cross-platform storytelling and community engagement.
Deep understanding of how users interact with digital content and how to create great user experiences from a content perspective
Ability to work independently
Ability to multitask changing priorities
Ability to handle dynamic industry with constant development
Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote
