Mô tả công việc:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)- Research and identify new business opportunities in the North Region
- Prospect potential customer (Distributors, Independence/OEM Body Shop) via cold calls, networking, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-value lead to promote Axalta products.
- Build the strong relationships with Distributors.
- Support Distributors expanding their distribution coverage in the responsible area.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address the customer needs.
- Coordinate with supply chain/logistics to ensure timely deliver.
- Liaise with the Distributors to establish and execute the annual target.
- Monitor and advise the execution of sale policy of distributors.
- Other tasks and projects according to annual goals of Vietnam team.
- Performance of the jobholder is measured by the annual sales budget in volume, revenue of the North Region.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering with strong business acumen.
- Strong sales competency.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and abilities.
- Demonstrated business acumen skill and abilities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese).
- Excellent networking capabilities.
- High capability of working independently with limited supervision.
- Computer literacy: MS Office is a must, SFDC.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients.
- Ability to identify potential clients in target market and complete appropriate research on their business needs.
- Financial acumen.
