  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the sales team: supervision, and performance evaluation.
  • Identify new business opportunities, approach potential clients, and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Accounting, Purchasing, etc.) to ensure smooth operation and service delivery.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs to propose improvement plans.
  • Report directly to the Board of Directors on sales results and business strategies.
  • Support source suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements for company products and services.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Having good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive personality that is calm and considerate of others
