Business Development & Project Management Executive

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the sustainability services
• Identify potential leads, customer segments, and industry trends to approach potential clients through various channels (cold emails, LinkedIn, events,....)
• Maintain and expand a database of qualified leads and prospective clients
• Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and sales materials for prospective clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with important decision-makers
• Ensure the sales plan works efficiently, scalability, and alignment with business growth objectives

• Assist in developing FTK’s marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website)
• Support ESG reporting process by conducting research, collecting and reviewing data
• Support team in the development of FTK’s automated ESG reporting platform
• Provide cross-functional support in project coordination, documentation, scheduling

Requirements

• Vietnamese nationality
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or related fields.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, MS Office,...
• Excellent skills in English (fluent in both speaking and writing)
• Ability to handle various business tasks
• Strong research ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Energetic, proactive, and enthusiastic, adapts to a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently and in a team

Good to have

• Business development experience with sustainability services
• Knowledge related to ESG reporting standards and frameworks (GRI, IFRS, SASB,.....)
• Proficiency in Chinese is a plus

Working hours: 8:00 am - 17:30 pm (Monday - Friday, Saturdays every other week - 1 day wfh, 1 day on site)

Pay: 13,000,000₫ - 18,000,000₫ per month
