The Position

Business Manager will work with a team of District Managers and MRs under vendor, related functional team members of Vendors and from Organon to influence development and implementation of product/ franchise marketing and sales plan from vendor, SEA Cluster.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction, prioritize and mobilize resources:

  • Involve into and support vendor, SEA Cluster strategy development.
  • Work with vendor to ensure vendor’s sales action plans and solutions that actions, solutions are useful to address customer needs to improve patient care and are consistent with Organon's ethical standards and corporate, brand strategy.
  • Work with vendor to influence KPIs/ target setting linked to Organon objectives
  • Prioritize, mobilize resources, collaborate with SEA PM, CFT team, vendor’s CFT and sales team, solve problems …to support vendor to achieve objectives
  • Tracks the execution of activities/ competition in order to provide feedback to vendor and ensure sales force excellence and implementation effectiveness by vendor.
  • Work with Organon CFT, vendor to ensure HCP engagement activities to be conducted in a compliance way with local regulations and Organon, vendor’s compliance standard.
  • Good understanding of channels, customers, franchise, strategy of both vendor and Organon, tactics, competition landscape….
  • Creates an engaging collaboration environment to enable seamless alignment across Organon, Vendor and across functional departments.
  • Support solving people issues with rented FF vendor HR and SEA HR.

Required Education, Education and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • >5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing (OTC products sales and marketing is an advantage)
  • Good understanding of the local healthcare landscape, channels, customers.
  • Proven track record as a Product Manager, or national sales manager.
  • Strategic thinking, critical thinking
  • Strong in analytic and business planning.
  • People management skill, coaching skill.
  • Ability to build strong external relationships and provide superior customer service
  • Strong ability to influence and effectively work cross functionally
  • Growth mindset, agile mindset.
  • Good command of English skills both in speaking and writing.
  • Ethic and integrity.
