Responsibilities:

Manage Power BI Report System:

Hand-on-hand PBI Reports development based on business requirements
Identify and document business requirements for data analysis and reporting.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient data collection, transformation, and visualization.
Establish data governance standards, implement business data model.
Identify and implement best practices for report development and user adoption.

Lead Data Support Team:

Provide guidance and mentorship to Data Support Agents who create Power BI reports based on business requirements.
Ensure efficient task delegation and prioritization within the team.
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for Data Support Agents.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with the Sector IT team on Sales Strategy Development’s projects based on business requirements.
Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between business and Sector IT teams.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in business intelligence, data analytics, and machine learning.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments.

Qualifications:

1. Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / Business Information System / Business / Accountant.

2. Required Functional skills & job knowledge:

5-years experience in Sales/ Marketing / IT for Commercial.
3-years experience in Sales automation system management
3-years relevant experience in managerial/supervisory role in FMCG/ Nutrition/ Foods industry
Experience in Power BI And Sales Automation Systems (DMS, MT System…).
Good at English
Good knowledge of Automation Tools, Workflows.
Knowledge of Sales Force Effectiveness concepts
Analytical Skills, Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving & Decision Making
