- HR strategy: Understand Business Plans & Strategic Priorities to support development and delivery HR strategy. Implement and monitor staff cost budget.
- Business Relationships: Understanding & stay updated on business operations, build strong partnerships, and act as a trusted and effective advisor who closely supports and collaborates with both management and employees.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: work with recruitment team to made recruitment strategies and workforce forecasting. Track and be accountable for the fulfillment of the hiring needs
- Talent Management: Uses career and talent framework to develop the careers of our employees through roles and assignments that will provide unique opportunities to build experience and skills.
- Change Management: Supports the management team in organizational change initiatives, including organization design and resource management as needed.
- Performance Development: Facilitate effective performance management process along with business leaders, so as to ensure all employees have clear Goals and Objectives aligned with the business strategy (KPI,OKA).
- Employee Relations: Solves employee and organizational issues within own business area. Follows changes in HR regulations and policies, and provides consultation to employees on their impact.
- Culture & Employee Engagement: Work closely with managers and employees to collect feedback through conversations and EES surveys, then create plans to boost morale, retain talent, and increase productivity.
- Business project relavant to HR: prepare HR document, evident in HR scope in getting security certifications for products (ISO,PCIDSS,…) or in bidding
Yêu cầu
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a human resource management/People advisory or business partnering role
- Demonstrated experience in implementing HR practices.
- A comprehensive and proven HR generalist / Consultant in fast paced & collaborative working environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels, along with excellent English proficiency
- Proactive resolve themselves which saves business units valuable time and risk
- Extremely tech savvy with range of people tools, and data driven mindset
- Knowledge of local employment laws and best practices
- Strong planning and project management skills
