The Opportunity:
We are currently looking for Marketing Business Partner, Senior Lead who is responsible for
- Together with Salesforce, drive awareness and contribution to sales growth (recruitment and sales engagement) through marketing and branding activities.
- Design and create effective communications about products/customer programs/training/contest & all other critical agent-related activities to channel agents.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build up & Execute major recruitment campaigns & Agency level MKT & branding activity per MKT calendar (Alpha, GA, PA)
- One-stop shop communication from Agency level to channels
- Deliver proof of concept engagement activities/programs for channels
- Implement product activation programs with detailed plan execution for sales channel
- Provide customer program idea per PA & Franchise needs to generate quality leads and excellent customer experience (the scope will depend on the allocated resources at the time of requested)
- Peer review other channel’s MKT Business partner’s plan
- Supporting other tasks (if needed) required by Department heads & Sales heads
