Workforce Planning
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement a strategic workforce plan that aligns with organizational objectives.
- Oversee headcount planning and budgeting, ensuring accurate monthly staff cost forecasting.
- Partner with the recruitment team to monitor and drive the fulfillment of hiring needs, ensuring timely and quality talent acquisition.
- Provide strategic guidance on organizational alignment and workforce design to enhance business execution.
- Facilitate a robust performance management process in collaboration with business leaders to ensure employees have clear goals aligned with company's strategy.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including employee assessments, development programs, and succession planning.
- Utilize data-driven insights to analyze HR metrics and trends, supporting informed decision-making.
- Champion career development programs and initiatives to foster employee growth and retention.
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, providing subject matter expertise and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Guide managers on utilizing self-service HR tools to streamline HR processes.
- Identify and address root causes of employee concerns, analyze trends, and recommend policy enhancements as needed.
- Conduct thorough investigations and provide resolutions to employee relations issues.
- Work closely with managers to implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) when necessary.
- Support and drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and satisfaction.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related business field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an HR role, specifically in people advisory or business partnering within the tech industry.
- Knowledgeable of Vietnamese Labor Law
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels, along with excellent English proficiency
- Strong cultural competencies to collaborate cohesively with culturally diverse leaders
- Able to thrive in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) environment
- Tech-savvy with a range of people tools, and data-driven mindset
- Strong planning and project management skills
