Chief Accountant

Mô tả công việc:

• Lead and oversee the accounting department, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and IFRS.

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to financial policies.

• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments while complying with labor laws and tax regulations.

• Support management in financial planning for salaries, bonuses, and compensation structures.

• Prepare and finalize financial statements, consolidated reports, and management performance analyses.

• Ensure full tax compliance (monthly, quarterly, annual), including VAT, CIT, PIT, and FCT, and manage reconciliations with tax authorities.

• Supervise internal and external audits, liaise with auditors, and handle tax inspections.

• Develop, implement, and continually improve financial policies, procedures, and internal control systems.

• Manage banking relationships, oversee financial transactions, and ensure effective cash flow management.

• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, assist in budget preparation, and ensure cost control.

• Review company contracts to verify financial terms and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting and data management.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Certified Chief Accountant qualification.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably as a Chief Accountant in retail stores with online sales.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT), and familiarity with IFRS.

• Proven experience in financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to provide strategic financial advice.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

• Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

• Knowledge and experience in foreign economic activity (import-export).

• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.
