Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and support a team of [staff type, e.g., customer service agents, warehouse workers, production staff].
Act as a liaison between Chinese-speaking team members and English-speaking departments/leadership.
Monitor daily activities to ensure team performance aligns with company standards.
Provide feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to team members.

Translate documents or communications as needed to support internal operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Assist in scheduling, task assignments, and reporting on team metrics.
Requirements:
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) is required.
Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
